First time attending? We’ve got a smile for you!
If this is your first time at the conference, be sure to collect a smiley sticker from the registration desk. It’s a fun way to help others spot and welcome our first-time delegates—so don’t be shy, wear it with pride!
PARENTS AND CARERS ROOM
The College will be providing a designated space for attendees bringing babies and infants to the ASM. This private space will be available from Friday, 30 May until the end of sessions on Monday, 2 June.
Parents or carers joining us onsite who are not registrants will be invited to collect a Day Pass from the Registration Desk; this will give them access to the ASM space. Please email the Conference Office if you require a Day Pass for this reason.
For more information regarding the Parents and Carers room see here.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Did you tell us about your dietary requirement? If you are unable to select appropriate food from the catering buffets, please notify the catering floor staff and they will direct you to the Special Diets Buffet in the exhibition hall. Please note that the dishes on the main buffet will be labelled with standard gluten-free and vegetarian.
WATER BOTTLES
Meetings can create large amounts of waste however, by offering water stations instead of plastic bottled water, we can reduce landfill waste, save energy, and enjoy the most sustainable option for our environment. College is providing water stations in the Exhibition Hall to assist delegates in filling their reusable water bottles. We encourage all delegates to bring their own water bottles to use throughout the ASM. To see other ways the College is making an effort to facilitate environmentally sustainable practices, view here.
INDUSTRY EXHIBITORS
The ASM would not be possible without the support and investment of the sponsors and exhibitors. Please take the time to visit the industry exhibitors who will showcase their goods and services in the exhibition hall from Saturday – Monday.
