Parent and Carers Room

College will be providing a designated space for attendees bringing babies and infants to the ASM. This private space will be available from Friday 10 May until end of sessions on Monday 13 May.

The room will be located near session rooms and will include

• Live stream of main plenary sessions from Saturday to Monday. All attendees will have access post-event to recordings of all sessions in the main scientific program.
• Seating including lounges and single seats
• A workspace with chairs and power supply
• Tea, coffee and water inside the room
• A refrigerator and microwave for food storage and preparation
• Floor space for play and activities
• Wipes, tissues, handtowels, hand sanitiser products and rubbish bins.

Other information
Attendees are welcome to bring any toys, entertainment or additional tech. Parents or carers joining us onsite who are not registrants will be invited to collect a day pass from our registration desk so they are able move around the conference space. There will be an additional table for changing purposes, however, fully appointed change rooms are available in the parents rooms near bathrooms of the centre. Whilst we can ensure this space is private, we cannot make it secure, so belongings left in the room will be the responsibility of owners.

Catering will be provided in the main exhibition space at each of the breaks and attendees are welcome to join all delegates at this time to enjoy refreshments.

What do you need to do?
This space will be provided free of charge and no booking is required.
