Dr Austen Anderson is a Dermatologist practicing at Royal Perth Hospital and Perth Dermatology Clinic, in Western Australia. She is a member of the Australasian College of Dermatologist’s Environmental and Sustainability Group and has a passion for action on climate change. She is particularly interested in the relationship between climate change action and healthcare delivery. Dr Anderson is immediate past Chair of the WA Faculty of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Caterina is a mental health professional with over 15 years of experience in higher education and the public sector. Her work at the Australasian College of Dermatologists has seen her develop programs for trainees and support trainees in crisis situation. Caterina works closely with directors of training, the Trainee representative committee, supervisors of training, and college to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all trainees. Caterina engages trainees with empathy and understanding, with the aim of providing the best support, strategies and workable options to ensure trainees have a positive experience at college. Caterina also delivers mental health first aid training for fellows and trainees at college.

Alexandra Diggles is an advanced practice physiotherapist working in private practice in Brisbane. She is currently undergoing the highest level of recognised training in Australia and is a registrar of the Australian college of Physiotherapists in sub-specialty of women’s, men’s and pelvic health.

Alexandra has worked in both public and private settings in lead roles for primary contact pelvic health clinics. She has completed post-graduate study in rehabilitation and has undertaken a Master’s in public health.

She is passionate about improving care and access to care for people with pelvic pain and a key element in her management is ensuring a complete and holistic plan that provides up-to-date treatment options. She has a keen interest in researching and promoting the role of multidisciplinary care for pelvic pain management.

Associate Professor Susan Evans is a gynaecologist, laparoscopic surgeon, pain physician, and PhD, with a life focus on improving outcomes for people with pelvic pain.

She is the Founder and Chair of the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia, Co-Developer of the Periods, Pain and Endometriosis (PPEPTalk) Schools Program, and CEO of Alyra Biotech developing innovative products for pelvic pain.

Prof Johannes S. Kern MD, PhD is a clinical academic Dermatologist. He obtained a PhD in Biology from the Spemann Graduate School of Biology and Medicine, University of Freiburg, Germany and trained in Dermatology and Dermatopathology with German and European Board Certification. After relocating to Melbourne he became a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2016. He is currently the Head of Research – Dermatology, at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Associate Professor at The University of Melbourne. He is the PI in over 20 ongoing clinical trials and translational research projects for inflammatory skin conditions, including blistering skin diseases. He also runs a subspecialty nail procedure list as part of the nail clinic at the Skin Health Institute, Carlton.

Dr Shobhan Manoharan is the Founder and Clinical Lead of Brisbane Skin in Queensland.

He has a special interest in combination treatments for complicated scars, laser rejuvenation, pigment and skin of colour.

Dr. Manoharan studied medicine at the University of Queensland, worked in the United Kingdom and Australia, gained extensive laser surgery experience in Australia the United States, and has sub-specialised in aesthetic and laser dermatology.

Actively involved in education, he has a major role in the training of dermatology registrars, junior doctors, general practitioners, pharmacists and medical students. Dr. Manoharan has published and presented extensively internationally on general, aesthetic and laser dermatology.

He is a consultant and KOL for a number of laser and pharmaceutical companies and is prominent in the media for commentary on aesthetic treatments.

Dr Pathman is a paediatrician working at the Royal Children’s Hospital in a fellow’s role in vascular anomalies and paediatric dermatology. She is also working on a large research trial studying the use of targeted therapies for children with genetically sequenced mosaic vascular anomalies.

Dr Pathman completed her medical degree with Honours at the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Pennsylvania, USA. She completed her paediatric training through the Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Children’s Hospital and Queensland Children’s Hospital. She has worked remotely in Alice Springs and trained in a range of fields including indigenous health, oncology, forensic medicine and intensive care.

Associate Professor Roderic Phillips trained in paediatric dermatology at Great Ormond St Hospital, London. Over the past 25 years as a paediatric skin specialist at the Royal Children’s Hospital, one of his particular clinical interests has been in the field of vascular birthmarks and lesions. He is currently involved in several research projects aimed at improving outcomes in these children.

Dr. Rodrigues is a Melbourne-based dermatologist with globally renowned expertise in pigmentary disorders, skin of colour dermatology and cultural humility in healthcare. She is the founder and director of Chroma Dermatology, Australia’s first dedicated dermatology centre for pigmentary disorders and skin of colour. She is honorary senior lecturer at The University of Melbourne and holds academic positions at The Royal Children’s Hospital and the Skin Health Institute.

Dr. Rodrigues enjoys education, mentoring and research as evidenced by her numerous peer-reviewed publications, textbook chapters, invited lectures and continued international research collaborations.

Greg Siller holds an Adjunct Associate Professorship with the School of Medicine at the University of Queensland and is a senior visiting medical officer in the Department of Dermatology at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. He graduated FACD in 1994 and has been was awarded a Presidential Citation for his services to the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

He has been practice principal of Central Brisbane Dermatology for more than 20 years where he runs his private practice and a clinical research unit with interests in the non-surgical management of skin cancer.

Dr Sachin Vaidya completed his intial dermatology training in India at the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in 2005 and obtained the Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists (FACD) in 2012.

Sachin runs a busy private clinics at Dermatology SA . He also works as a visiting medical specialist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and runs monthly vitiligo clinics. He enjoys supervising and teaching medical students and registrars.

His interests are surgical dermatology ,tropical skin diseases and pigmentary skin conditions. Dr Vaidya also has a keen interest in surgical management of stable vitiligo

Dr Vaidya has been a committee member for the Vitiligo Association of Australia (VAA) since 2013. He is also member of Australasian College of Dermatologist (ACD), Australian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologist (ASCD) and Associations of Cutaneous Surgeons of India (ASCI).

I am currently a first year dermatology trainee based at Skin Health Institute and Healesville, Victoria in 2022. I have also worked as an unaccredited registrar at the Victorian Melanoma Service, sub-investigator for several multinational dermatology clinical trials at the Skin Health Institute and general medical registrar at Monash Health. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my two toddlers and playing violin with musical orchestras and ensembles.
